Regional broadcast network executives speak on Africa panel at SATELLITE:
Harish Goyal, CEO of Zee TV Africa and Carlos Tibi, President, CEO, and Founder of Icflix, will be speaking on the regional forum panel “Africa: Next-Gen Pay-TV and the role of Sports in OTT Adoption” on Wednesday, March 14. Mr. Goyal oversees 12 channels offered across Africa and the Indian Ocean Islands, reaching 50 countries with 50 million viewers across the territory. Goyal has been instrumental in taking the magic of Bollywood to the next level with the successful launches of Zee World, Zee Bollymovies, Zee Magic, Zee Bollynova and WION. Mr. Tibi served in a number of leadership and senior management roles for multinational companies such as Oracle and Deloitte & Touche.
Reza Rasoulian, VP of Global Connectivity at Carnival Corporation – the largest cruise vacation company in the world – will participate as a speaker for the breakout session “Maritime Focus: Bringing Cruise Lines, Superyachts and Large Passenger Ships Up to Speed” on Tuesday, March 13. VC Investors join Emerging Space Finance Forum roundtable:
Rob Coneybeer, Managing Director of Shasta Ventures and Jeanette Quinlan, Managing Director of Starburst Accelerator have confirmed that they will speak during the Finance Forum session “Emerging Space- Is there a Path to Profitability?” on Monday, March 12, led by NSR Senior Analyst Carolyn Belle. This hard-hitting session will focus in on the business case for emerging space, and if big investment means big returns.
New moderators announced for Government & Military Forum:
